Because I Enjoy IT
“That's what I love about reading: one tiny thing will interest you in a book, and that tiny thing will lead you to another book, and another bit there will lead you onto a third book. It's geometrically progressive - all with no end in sight, and for no other reason than sheer enjoyment.” —Mary Ann Shaffer
Whenever someone asks me how do I handle every pressure in life, or how do I get away with it without loosing all the energy, I simply say, I either listen to my favorite band or read a certain book.
These things never fail to give me inspiration and motivation to go on with life. Once in a while, I find giving up is the only way out but the words that I read or music that I hear are undeniably the forces that makes me stand up and be firm with my next move.
It's a cycle. First I will have the determination to do something and start anew. Along the journey, there are factors that will pull me down and tell me that I couldn't go on. But once I read or listen to music, I suddenly find myself back together again. That is why I always get back to the starting point - the reason, the deepest one, why I started to choose this kind of life.
